The price of a study abroad program should NOT be compared to your tuition. That would be like comparing apples and oranges. The pricing for most abroad programs offer a complete package including: tuition, housing, meals, weekly activities, excursions, health insurance, liability insurance, airport pickup, on-site orientation, 24/7 emergency support, etc… When you enter all of those elements into the equation, go abroad, surprisingly… can at times be even more affordable than staying home.
